How do I turn off a tab from employee files?

An employee file contains many tabs such as Personal details and Tax declaration. With the addition of new tabs such as the Medical Disclosure Statement, that might not apply to every organisation, we have allowed for organisations to enable or disable selective tabs form the employee file. 


To turn off certain tabs, please login to Employment Hero and go to:

     Settings > Customisation > Employee File


Under the 'Use in employee file?' column, uncheck any modules you do not want to be displayed in the employee file and click 'save'.


You can turn on the tabs again by checking the corresponding checkbox.
