Employment Hero enables one person in an organisation to store their digital signature, allowing others to have access to it when signing documents. To set up an authorising signatory, follow the below steps:
- Go to Settings > Authorising Signatory
- Select the person whose signature will be used
If your signature will be used, you will be directed to enter your signature and assign the Sending Authorities that can use your signature
If someone else's signature will be used, they will be sent an email with instructions on how to set this up. Alternatively, they can go to Settings > Setup e-signature.
After setting this up, when a Sending Authority goes to sign a contract, the contract will pre-fill with the signature of the Authorising Signatory.
Important Note: Employment Hero is set up to store only ONE authorising signatory signature at a time. If a new Authorising Signatory is set up then the signature of the previous one will be erased.
