How to automatically add an employee's normal working hours to a pay run

Employment Hero has the functionality to specify whether an employee's normal working hours should automatically be included within the pay run. This functionality is available to our EH payroll and third party Keypay payroll add-on clients.

You can edit this field by navigating to Employee File --> Pay Details --> Pay Run Details.

The field also displays warning messages based on the value within the Timesheet Type field. This is designed to reduce the chance of user error.


A warning message will also be displayed if the combination of those two fields result in the employee not being paid at all.
