How do I add my own regulated super fund?

Apart from picking your employer's default super fund or adding a self managed super fund , you can also add a regulated super fund to your Employee File.

Go to:

  • My File > Superannuation Details > Edit > Add your own super fund (regulated)

Super Fund lookup

You can use the super fund lookup that Employment Hero provides which can search by product name, ABN, USI/SPIN or provider name. (Shown below)

The search time can vary however once the results are provided, you may be able to select one of them.

After selecting a fund, the system will automatically populate the fund details into the relevant fields for you.

 

Alternatively without a super fund search you can add the information in manually.

You can add the following:

  • Fund Name*
  • Address Line 1
  • Address Line 2
  • Suburb
  • Country
  • Member Number*
  • Account Name
  • Fund ABN
  • Super Product ID Number(SPIN)/Unique Super Identifier (USI)*
  • Fund Contact Number

Items with a * are required fields.

You can also attach any documentation that will be seen by your employer.
