What is Payroll Integration?:

Employment Hero lets you connect to any of the listed payroll platforms allowing you to import and synchronise your data between the two systems to easily manage your business. Once imported, any data that you update in Employment Hero will automatically be reflected in your payroll system.

How to connect to a Payroll system:

Connecting your organisation to a payroll system is simple:

  1. Login to your Employment Hero account or sign up here
  2. In the side menu, click 'Settings'
  3. Click 'Add-ons'
  4. On the Add-ons page, click the 'Connect' button next to the payroll system you wish to connect to.Screen_Shot_2018-06-07_at_1.42.20_pm.png
  5. Clicking the “Connect” button will take you to the payroll platform's website, where you will be able to sign in, select the organisation you wish to connect and authorise Employment Hero. Note: When you authorise Employment Hero, you are giving permission to Employment Hero to import your data from the payroll platform.
  6. Once authorised, you will be redirected back to Employment Hero where the import will begin. The import page provides you information on the status of your import. Once the import is complete, an email will be sent to you. Errors may occur during the import process which are explained in detail here.
