Payroll Integration - Connecting to MYOB

When connecting Employment Hero to MYOB, there are two different MYOB logins required to begin the payroll integration.

 

When you click Connect to MYOB on the Add-ons page, you will be directed to the following screen. 

On this screen, you will be required to enter your login details that is used to access online company files for AccountRight Live. For reference, this is the same login entered in the image below for AccountRight Live 2015.4. 

 

 

Once authenticated, you will be directed to the following screen in Employment Hero.

If the login details you have used in the previous screen contains more than one organisation/company file, you will be required to select the organisation/company file you want to connect Employment Hero to. 

On this screen, you will be required to enter your login details that is used to access the selected organisation/company file.

If the above log-in details are incorrect, please follow the link below on how you can edit your Administrator user ID and password for accessing organisation/company files. 

Set a password for the Administrator

Please be advised the login details required for this page is different from the login details used in the first step. For reference, this is the same login details entered in the image below for AccountRight Live 2015.4.

 

 

By default, MYOB will automatically set the User ID and password for accessing organisation/company file as the following: 

User ID: Administrator

Password: empty (there is no password by default)
