Selecting a Corporate Super on a Employer Superannuation Plan

Note: This is only available to company's that are on a Employer Superannuation Plan.

How do I select a Corporate Fund Provider?

If your company has been placed under a employer superannuation plan and have not yet chosen a fund provider, the next time the owner logs into the Employment Hero platform, they will be prompted to select a corporate fund provider. 

If you are unable to decide right away, click on 'Remind me later' to be presented with these options again the next time you log in.

How do I delegate this task to someone else?

To delegate this task to another employee, click on 'This task is not for me' and you will be prompted to assign the task to another employee.

Select an employee from the drop down and hit the green arrow (only active employees will appear in the dropdown).

This will notify the selected employee, and they will see the same corporate super selection page. 

I have been delegated this task, but it is not for me

If you believe you have been incorrectly delegated this task, click on 'This task is not for me' and confirm this by clicking 'Decline'.

 

This will notify the owner that you have decline the task and they will need to reassign the task to another employee. 

What do I do if an employee declines the task?

The owner of the Employment Hero account will be notified via email if the delegated employee has declined the task. 

The next time the owner of the Employment Hero account logs in, they will be prompted to select a corporate super fund once again. 

To delegate the task to delegate the task to another employee, click 'This task is not for me'.
