How do I grant Business Account Administrators additional permissions?

Note: Functionality within the Business Portal is currently only available to Employment Hero's Value Added Reseller Network with a Business Account.

Business Account Administrators (BAA) can be granted additional permission to features in the Business Portal by assigning them an Access Level with the appropriated permissions selected. 

The current permissions available are:

Permission Name Permission Details
Manage all templates in the Business Account

They will have full access to the Template Management feature which includes the following functionalities:

- The ability to manage Business Account templates

- The ability to manage templates of all organisations in the Business Account, including organisations they do not have access to

Manage all Business Account Administrators

They will have full access to the Administrator Access feature which includes the following functionalities:

- The ability to add administrators and revoke administrator access

- Update their Access Level

- Update which organisations they have access to

 

Report on all organisations in the Business Account

They will have full access to the Consolidated Report feature which includes the following functionalities:

- The ability to run any Consolidated Reports released for all organisations in the Business Account, including organisations they do not have access to

- Reports available:

- Certifications Report

- Policies and Induction Content Report
