Dashboard: Employee onboarding

Overview

Give your new employees an exceptional experience even before they have started with your organisation by providing them a paperless onboarding experience. Employment Hero makes onboarding simple by allowing you to quickly and easily send a letter of offer and e-Contract that the employee can sign from a computer or mobile device.

New employees can use their Employment Hero account to enter all their personal details, including super and tax information rather than filling out a mountain of paperwork on their first day. The HR platform will also submit these all electronically for you, reducing your administration overhead.

You can onboard employees via your Employee Onboarding widget on your dashboard. This widget also allows you to see what stage your employees are at in their onboarding journey and provide reminders to employees if they have yet to complete their onboarding workflow.
