Sometimes in your organisation you will see a record has undergone a change but you will be unsure on the who, when and what aspects. In these cases, having the ability to generate an audit trial will allow you to look up these change details without having to track down the employees manager and other admins in your organisation and ask them if they changed any HR platform records.
You can use the Audit Trail feature within an employee's file to view a change log of what data modifications occurred to that specific employees record on the HR platform. This feature also allows you to view the details of each update, giving you even greater granular details on the changes undertaken and by whom.
