Workplace policies and procedures articulate a business’s values and set clear expectations around employee behaviour and performance. They make sure everyone is on the same page, knows what is expected of them, and can get on with the job.

Employment Hero allows you to digitise your policies and procedures, allowing users to access them through the Policies feature. From this page a user can read and acknowledge outstanding polices and review any previously acknowledged policies.

Getting started

Acknowledging a policy
  1. Click the Files menu.
  2. Click the Polices submenu.
  3. Select the policy you need to read and acknowledge.
  4. Click the I acknowledge and agree with the details of this policy tick box.
  5. Click the Acknowledge button.
