Employee Setup: Sending Invitations

Overview

The invitation function allows you to send an invitation to your employees to join the Employment Hero platform. You can send these invitations in bulk or individually.

Sending Bulk Invitations

  1. Click on the Personnel menu.
  2. Click on the Employees submenu.
  3. Click the Send Invitations to New Users button. Invite_1.jpg

  4. Click the Send Now button.

    Important: Employment Hero sends Invitations to the user’s account email. This is the nominated email address that the user will use to sign into their account.
    Helpful Tip: After successfully sending an invitation, you will see the success notification display on your screen.

    Waring: Emails do not trigger if your account is within Setup Mode.

Sending/Resending an Individual Invitation

  1. Click on the Personnel menu.
  2. Click on the Employees submenu.
  3. Click the Action button next to the employee that is receiving the invitation.
  4. Click the Resend Invitation button.

    Helpful Tip: After successfully sending an invitation, you will see the success notification display on your screen.

    Important: Resending an invitation is only available for employees whose status is pending. For employees who are active, they will need to reset their password.
    Waring: Emails do not trigger if your account is within Setup Mode.
