My Reviews

Overview

A performance review is a formal mechanism where an employee's direct manager can evaluate their work performance. The purpose for conducting a review is to support the performance, development and productivity of the employee and offer constructive feedback.

Similar to your company culture, the structure of your performance review will be unique and specific to the values, goals and purpose of your organisation. The Performance Review feature allows users to keep a log of notes, answer questions and provide a rating for their review.

Getting started

Submitting a review
  1. Click the Reviews menu.
  2. Click the My Reviews submenu.
  3. Click the review you wish to submit.

  4. Complete the required fields and then click the Publish or Save Draft button.

    Important

    Saving your answers as draft will not complete your review, it allows you to continue to work on your responses until the completion date. Once you answer all available questions and wish to complete your review, you can publish a review.

    Helpful Hint

    You can click the Expand or Minimise buttons to either close or open a review question. Each time you edit the review or update the star ratings, the system will automatically save your progress.

Publishing a review

Important

This option is only available for reviews in drafting stage which you can see by an In Progress status message.

  1. Click the Reviews menu.
  2. Click the Management submenu.
  3. Click the review you wish to publish.

  4. Click the Publish button.

    Helpful Hint

    You can only publish a review once you answer all available questions. The system shows a completed answer by highlighting it in green.

Maintain

Filtering reviews
  1. Click the Reviews menu.
  2. Click the My Reviews submenu.
  3. Click the Date Range drop down.
  4. Use the Date Filter field to set the desired date range.
  5. Click the Filter button.

    Helpful Hint

    If you would like to view all your reviews, you can do so by clicking the Reset button and then clicking the Filter button.

Editing a review

Important

This option is only available for reviews in drafting stage. Also amending your responses and ratings might not be available after the review period. This depends on whether the administrator has set a lockout date for the review.

  1. Click the Reviews menu.
  2. Click the Management submenu.
  3. Click the review you wish to edit.

  4. Make the required changes and then click either the Publish or Save Draft buttons.

Printing a review
  1. Click the Reviews menu.
  2. Click the Management submenu.
  3. Click the review you wish to print.

Unpublishing a review

  3. Click the review you wish to unpublish.
