Overview
Within your organisation, it is important to have engaged and productive employees, as they are more likely to produce better work and contribute positively to your company culture. This is where an employee happiness survey can help, by enabling you to measure your employee engagement, and give you the data on how to improve this metric within your organisation.
The Employee Happiness feature allows you to report on your employees' happiness via a scale graph showing happiness as a score from one to ten and what comments your employees left. You can also respond to your employees' comments to gather further information on why they left a particular comment.
You can enable the employee happiness survey and set the required frequency through Employee Engagement settings. To read further information on this feature, refer to the following article.
Important
The employee happiness survey is anonymous, i.e. it does not list the employee's name or any other unique identifiers.
You will need to have enabled the open beta feature, Employee Happiness Survey Feedback Loop, before you can use the extra features outlined in this article. You can enable this beta feature via the Beta Flask drop-down and selecting to Opt In. Please remember this is still an in development feature and subject to change. To read more on how to enable this in progress beta feature, refer to the following article.
