Certification Management

Overview 

You can use the Certification section to add a new certification; in which you require your employees or teams to undertake for their role. You can also view, assign, and delete any previously created certifications from this section.

Adding a New Certification 

With an Expiry Date

  1. Click the General Settings button.
  2. Click the Certifications sub-menu.
  3. Click the Add New button.

  4. Complete the following fields:
    • Certification type:
      • Check.
      • Licence.
      • Qualification.
      • Training. 
    • Certification name.
    • State / Territory.

  5. Click the Yes button in the Expiry Date field.

  6. Select the Tick box next to the following options, if required:
    • Add questions regarding previous driving offences.
    • Approval required.
    • Supporting documentation required.

  7. Click the Upload button to upload any required documentation.
  8. Use the Assign field to assign the certification.
    Helpful Tip: You can use the Assign field to assign the certification to multiple teams, locations and/or employees.
  9. Click the Save button.

With No Expiry Date

  1. Click the General Settings button.
  2. Click the Certifications sub-menu.
  3. Click the Add New button.

  4. Complete the following fields:
    • Certification type.
      • Check.
      • Licence.
      • Qualification.
      • Training. 
    • Certification name.
    • State / Territory.

  5. Click the No button in the Expiry Date field.
  6. Complete the Frequency field.

  7. Select the Tick box next to the following options, if required:
    • Add questions regarding previous driving offences.
    • Approval required.
    • Supporting documentation required.

  8. Click the Upload button to upload any required documentation.
  9. Use the Assign field to assign the certification.
    Helpful Tip: You can use the Assign field to assign the certification to multiple teams, locations and/or employees.
  10. Click the Save button.
    Warning: Once you save a certification you cannot change the certification details.

Viewing a Certification

  1. Click the General Settings button.
  2. Click the Certifications sub-menu.
  3. Click the Actions button.
  4. Click the View Details button.

    Helpful Tip: You will now see a pop up on your screen that shows the certification details.

Assigning a Certification

  1. Click the General Settings button.
  2. Click the Certifications sub-menu.
  3. Click the Actions button.
  4. Click the Assign button.Certification_3.jpg

  5. Add or delete the employees or teams assigned to the certification, in the Assigned To field.

  6. Click the Save button.

Deleting a Certification

  1. Click the General Settings button.
  2. Click the Certifications sub-menu.
  3. Click the Actions button.
  4. Click the Delete button.
