Notification settings

Overview

The notification settings sections allow you to turn on or off what email notifications you receive from the Employment Hero platform. These email options cover areas such as timesheets, work eligibility, holidays, payslips, etc.

Warning

All users have access to the notification settings function and can choose which notifications they receive.

HR Plan:   Free   Standard   Premium   Platinum
Payroll Plan:   Standard   Premium

Maintain

Updating notification settings
  1. Click the Notification menu.
  2. Click the Notification Setting submenu.
  3. Select Yes or No for the below settings:
    • Announcements.
    • Celebrations:
      • Work anniversary.
      • Birthdays.
    • Certifications.
    • Incident report.
    • Off-boarding.
    • On-boarding:
      • Manager on-boarding status.
      • Employee on-boarding status.
  4. Click the Next button.

  5. Select Yes or No for the below settings:
    • Pay slips.
    • Payment summaries.
    • Probation.
    • Recruitment platform.

    Important

    Recruitment platform notifications will only appear if you have an active Job Adder integration.

    • Scheduled tasks.
    • Timesheets.
      • Pending timesheets.
      • Timesheet status update.
    • Work eligibility:
      • Visa expiry.
      • Passport expiry.
