Email Settings

Overview

You can use the Email Settings section to set the company notification settings for alerts, tasks, and reminders for your organisation.

Warning: The selection made by a user within Notifications Settings overrides the selections made by an admin within Email Settings.

Alert Email Settings

Turning Alert Emails On

  1. Click the General Settings menu.
  2. Click the Email Settings sub-menu.
  3. In the Alerts section, click on the desired alert.

  4. Turn the Notification toggle switch to the On position.

  5. Click the Save button.

Turning Alert Emails Off

  1. Click the General Settings menu.
  2. Click the Email Settings sub-menu.
  3. In the Alerts section, click on the desired alert.

  4. Turn the Notification toggle switch to the Off position.

  5. Click the Save button.

Task Email Settings

Turning Task Emails On

  1. Click the General Settings menu.
  2. Click the Email Settings sub-menu.
  3. In the Tasks section, click on the desired task.

  4. Turn the Notification toggle switch to the On position.

  5. Click the Save button.

Turning Task Emails Off

  1. Click the General Settings menu.
  2. Click the Email Settings sub-menu.
  3. In the Task section, click on the desired task.

  4. Turn the Notification toggle switch to the Off position.

  5. Click the Save button.

Reminder Email Settings

Turning Reminder Emails On

  1. Click the General Settings menu.
  2. Click the Email Settings sub-menu.
  3. In the Reminders section, click on the desired reminder.

  4. Turn the Notification toggle switch to the On position.

  5. Select the desired role that will receive a notification from the following options:
    • Owners.
    • Admins.
    • Payroll admins.
    • Primary manager.
    • Secondary manager.

  6. Complete the When Would They Be Notified field.
    Helpful Hint: Use the Plus (+) button to add a field and the Minus (-) button to remove a field.

  7. Click the Save button.

Turning Reminder Emails Off

  1. Click the General Settings menu.
  2. Click the Email Settings sub-menu.
  3. In the Reminders section, click on the desired reminder.

  4. Turn the Notification toggle switch to the Off position.
