What information can I view from the Headcount report?

You can view the name, location, team, position and start date, for full time and part-time employees, from the Headcount report. 

How to Use the Headcount Report

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. Click the Headcount Reports submenu.
    Important: The Headcount Report uses the Start Date field in the employees' Employment History section. If an employee has a future start date, they will not appear in the Headcount graph.
    Helpful Tip: You will now see the overview page which displays the Headcount and Termination graphs.

  3. For additional reporting on headcount, click on the Headcount graph.
  4. Use the following fields to customise the report:
    • Date.
    • Employment type.
    • Location.
    Important: If you would like to run a report for the current headcount as of today's date, for all location and employee types, you can do so by clicking the Reset button and then clicking the Filter button. This will clear all data stored in the Employee Type and Location fields and set the Date field as the current date. 

  5. Click the Run Report button.
    Helpful Tip: Setting the display format to Download CSV, will download a copy of the generated report.
