HR platform customisation: Employee file


The Employee File Customisation feature allows you to enable or disable the Certifications or Medical Disclosure features from showing in the employee onboarding workflow and/or in their personnel file. For example, if your organisation does not need employees to complete a medical disclosure statement during their onboarding workflow, you can turn this feature off and just have your employee access it via their personnel file.


HR Plan:   Free   Standard   Premium   Platinum
Payroll Plan:   Standard   Premium

Getting started

Customising the employee file
  1. Click the Customisation menu.
  2. Click the Employee File submenu.
  3. Select what features to enable or disable.
  4. Click the Save button.
