How to access employee rostering on mobile

Please Note: Employment Hero Mobile Rostering is only accessible by HeroPay customers

Employees will need to login to the app using the same login credentials used to login to Employment Hero on the web. If the employee has access to rostering, they will be presented with the following screen:



Who can access employee rostering on mobile?

Employees who have access to Rostering on Employment Hero web would be able to access their Rostered Shifts on mobile.


Access Rostered Shifts by clicking on the icon

Employees will be required to click on the calendar icon and they would be taken to the following page:



What information will employees see?

Employees will see the following information for their published rostered shifts:

  • Date of shift
  • Work hours
  • Break hours
  • Work type
  • Cost centre


Push Notifications

If an employee has been assigned a new shift, or an existing shift has been edited, they will receive a periodic push notifications every 30 minutes to let them know that their roster has been updated.


Things to remember:

  • Employee rostered shifts are automatically updated every 30 minutes, but employees are able to swipe down for immediate updates
  • Rostered Shifts is currently VIEW ONLY
  • To accept/decline shifts employees would need to follow existing processes
