You will need a digital copy of the policies you would like to upload into Employment Hero's Policy Content Management module.

These files can be PDF and/or Doc file types.

Certifications

You will need a digital copy any instructions or supporting material you would like to upload into Employment Hero's certification module..

Where Should I Begin

Policy Content Management

You can use the Policy Content Management function to store, edit and share paperless policies within your business.

You can use the Policy Content Management function to make these polices either mandatory or optional for your employees. 

You can also choose the following sharing options for your policies:

  1. All Employees.
  2. Specific employees
  3. Specific teams.
  4. Specific locations.
  5. Specific employing entities

Certifications

You can use the Certification function to add a required certification, that your employees will need complete as a part of their role within your organisation.

There are four certification categories you can choose from:

  1. Check
  2. License
  3. Qualification
  4. Training

You can also choose the following sharing options for your certifications:

  1. All employees
  2. Specific Employees.
  3. Specific teams.
  4. Specific locations.
