Where Should I Begin

Induction Content

You can use the Induction function to create customised induction material for new employees that are starting within your organisation.

You can choose for this induction content to include a video link or you can include an uploaded file.

Important: The only video link Employment Hero accepts is public YouTube links.

You can use the Induction function to make your induction material as either mandatory or optional for your employees.

Employment Hero has also pre-provided the National Employment Standards and Fair Work Information Statement for you and these are available for all of your employees to view when they sign into their own accounts.

Important:  Within Employment Hero you can not make the National Employment Standards and Fair Work Information Statement mandatory.

You can also choose the following sharing options for your policies:

  1. All Employees.
  2. Specific employees.
  3. Specific teams.
  4. Specific locations.

Things I Should Consider

Induction Content

An important aspect to consider when you are setting up your induction content, is what material do I want my employee's to interact with, when they are first on-boarded into Employment Hero. For further details we recommended reading this article

Authorising Signatory

An important aspect to consider when you are setting up your digital signature is who your Authorising Signatory will be. This point of contact within your organisation will have their signature pre-loaded into Employment Hero and be readily accessible when issuing one of the 4 contract types. For further details we recommended reading this article
