The PDF Documents feature is where you manage your organisation's HR documents and Employment Contracts, providing you with one centralised library containing all of your organisation's content. Having a centralised hub where you can co-ordinate your organisation's content will reduce your administration time you spend on documentation management.
The PDF Documents feature allows you to upload your PDF documents and then add in variables such as an employee's full name, job title and probation length. This feature also includes the ability to disable documents that are no longer relevant, edit the content if the information contained within changes, and delete the information if you created it in error.
HR Best Practice
Employment Hero already contains an excellent repository of HR contracts and policy documents that you can use out of the box. Before creating your own documents, you can review the Employment Hero Templates to see what documents are readily available for your country.

- Click the Content Management menu.
- Click the Templates submenu.
- Click the Add button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Template name.
- Template type.
- Upload the PDF file and click the Save button.
- Add or remove the required PDF variables.
- Click the Preview button.
- Review the document and then click the Save button.
