HR platform content editor: Variables

Overview

You can create, assign, and edit variables within our Template Management feature.

Important

This feature is currently a legacy version of our content management module. However, there are specific circumstances we may consider allowing you to use the Platform Content Editor feature. If you would like further information, please contact our support team.

Getting started

Creating a variable

  1. Click the Variables button.

  2. Click the Add button.

  3. Complete the following variable creation fields:
    • Name.
    • Type.
      • String.
      • Picklist.
      • Date .
    • Initial value (optional).
    • Auto populate (can be used if the variable type selected is String).

  1. Click the Variables button.

  2. Click the Use button for the variable you would like to add to the template.

  2. Click the Three Dots button for the variable you would like to edit.
  3. Click the Edit button.
