A performance review is the assessment and review of your employees’ job performance. Regular performance reviews help remind workers what their employer expects in the workplace. They help to provide employers with information to use when making employment decisions, such as promotions, pay raises, and layoffs.
As a manager, your employees' performance reviews, assessing their responses and providing feedback, is a core component of your role.
The HR platform provides you a centralised place with which you can see your indirect employee's reviews, what their manager's response has been, plus the ability to print and download this data.
- Click the Reviews menu.
- Click the Management submenu.
- Click the desired review period.
- Click the Indirect Employees tab.
- Click on the employee whose review you want to view.
You will now see the employees review on your screen along with their managers responses.
You can click the Expand or Minimise buttons to either close or open a review question.
