Recognition is a way for employers to reward and recognise their employees when they go above and beyond the expectations of their role. The HR platform links each employee's recognition to one of your nominated company values, so that each nomination is an opportunity to recognise your employees for their performance and showcase your company values.
The Hero Dollar feature allows you to purchase Hero Dollars, that will enable you to use the platform's recognition features, with the purchase receipt emailed to you and also accessible within the platform. This feature also allows you to view your organisation's Hero Dollar balance and view the transactions that users in your organisation have made on the platform.
This is the default access level per user and whether they have view, edit and delete access, excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.
