You can use the Remind function in the HR Documents report to send a reminder to your employees and/or contractors, that they have HR documents or contracts that they need to sign.  

How to Remind Users to Sign HR Documents or Contracts

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. Click the Compliance Reports submenu.
    Helpful Tip: You will now see the overview page which displays the five different areas of the Compliance report.

  3. Click on the Waiting for Recipient Signature section of the HR Documents graph.
  4. Click the Remind button next to the employee and/or contractor who needs reminding.
