You can use the Attendance report to view when your employees clocked in, took a break and/or clocked out using the Clock in Kiosk app.

You can use the following filters to refine the displayed data:

  • Employee/contractor.
  • Cost centre.
  • Date range.
  • Kiosk.
  • Work type.

How to Use the Attendance Report

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. Click the Attandance Report submenu.
    Important: If you would like to run a report for all attendance categories, you can do so by clicking the Reset button and then clicking the Filter button. This will clear all data stored in the filter fields and will allow you to run a report for all attendance categories.
