KeyPay Error Analysis: Classification No Longer Exists

Preface

Importing classification and awards on KeyPay has caused the following error:

  • Classification no longer exists in KeyPay.

Error Analysis 

This error occurs if the award and classification does not exist in KeyPay. Because of this, the Employment Hero automatically disables the award and classification causing this issue.

Solution

Adding the award and classification to  KeyPay and then re-syncing the two platforms will resolve this issue.

Adding the Award and Classification to KeyPay

  1. Log in to your KeyPay platform.
  2. Click the Business Settings menu.
  3. Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
  4. Click the Manage Awards button.

  5. Click the All tick box.
  6. Use the search field to locate the required award and classification.
  7. Click the Install button.

  8. Click the Install button.

  9. Click the Accept button.

    Helpful Tip: Once KeyPay has installed the chosen award and classification, you will see the below confirmation screen.
