How do I filter my tasks?

Answer

You can use the Filter and Only Show Tasks Assigned to Me functions within task management to filter the tasks displayed.

You can use the following filters:

  • Show all.
  • Pending.
  • Completed.
  • Declined.
Important: You user role will determine what tasks the platform displays when you turn off the Only Show Tasks Assigned to Me toggle switch. For further details on what each access level will see, refer to this article section.

How to Filter My Tasks

  1. Click the Tasks menu.
  2. Click either the Filter and/or the Only Show Tasks Assigned to Me button.

Tasked Displayed Based on User Role

User Role Visibility
Owner/Admin Can view all tasks within the organisation.
Manager Can view tasks for reporting employees and themselves.
Employee Can only view their own tasks.
