Employee engagement is the level of enthusiasm, passion, and connection your employees show towards your organisation. An employee engagement survey is a way to measure how motivated your employees are working for your organisation and how committed they are in staying.
When available, all users can complete the happiness survey from the dashboard by rating their happens out of ten and providing written feedback. To use the happiness survey, an admin needs to enable the Employee Engagement feature. For details on how to enable this feature, refer to this article.
- In the Happiness Survey widget, select your happiness score from one to ten.
- Complete the Tell us why you feel this way field.
- Click the Submit button.
You will now see the Thank you for your response message. This means Employment Hero has successfully submitted your feedback.
Once you have completed the survey, it disappears from your dashboard.
