Push notifications sent from the HR mobile app

Overview

In the Employment Hero HR mobile app, there are several push notifications that will automatically trigger, based on actions undertaken by either the system or the user.

Helpful Hint

If a user has never logged into the HR platform's mobile app, and they become tagged in an announcement or shout out, they will instead receive an email. For details on what this email is and what triggers this email to send, refer to the following article.

The relevant employee depending on the announcement sharing settings. 

{sender full name} mentioned you in an announcement {announcement content}. New company announcement and it mentions an employee. Employee mentioned in the announcement.
{recipient's full name} has received a Shout Out! {announcement content}. New shout out. The relevant employee depending on the Shout Out sharing settings.
{sender full name} has given you a Shout Out! {announcement content}. New shout out. Employee receiving the shout out.
