HR mobile app: Recognition approval

Overview

Recognition is a way for employers to reward and recognise their employees when they go above and beyond the expectations of their role. The HR platform links each recognition submission to one of your nominated company values, so that each nomination is an opportunity to not only recognise your employees for their performance, but also to showcase and reinforce your company values.

The Recognition Approval feature on the mobile app allows you to approve or decline employee submitted recognition no matter where you are located. This means you no longer need to use a computer to perform this task and can review recognition submissions as they happen.

Getting started

Approving recognition
  1. Log into the mobile application.
  2. Tap the Recognition Approval 
    button.

  3. Tap on the recognition that needs
    approving.

  5. Tap the Save button.

Maintain

Declining recognition
  1. Log into the mobile application.
  2. Tap the Recognition Approval 
    button.

  3. Tap on the recognition that needs
    approving.

  4. Tap the Decline button.
  5. Complete the Reason for Decline
    field.
  6. Tap the Save button.

So you have now approved or declined the recognition submissions in your queue, however you may wonder what next can I do on the Mobile HR app. There are two recommendations I would make on this front and they are:

  1. The Leave feature allows you to view and then approve or decline employee submitted leave requests you may have received from your direct reports.
  2. The Timesheet feature allows you to view and then approve or decline employee submitted timesheets you may have received from your direct reports.
