Overview
From your dashboard you can access the single touch payroll (STP) wizard, which will guide you through the steps involved in enabling STP for your organisation.
Important
The STP enabling wizard is only appears for organisations that have not enabled STP i.e. once you enable STP using this wizard, you can no longer access this feature.

Getting started
Enabling STP: As the employer
- On the payroll dashboard click the Enable Single Touch Payroll button.
- Click the Proceed button.
- Confirm your business details are correct.
- Click the Next button.
- Select the Employer option.
- Click the Next button.
- Select either Option 1 or Option 2.
- Acknowledge the terms and conditions.
- Click the Complete button.
- Click the Go to Dashboard button.
Enabling STP: As a registered Tax/BAS agent
- On the payroll dashboard click the Enable Single Touch Payroll button.
- Click the Proceed button.
- Confirm your business details are correct.
- Click the Next button.
- Select the As a registered Tax/BAS Agent option.
- Comple the following fields:
- Tax agent number.
- ABN.
- Contact name.
- Phone number.
- Contact email.
- Click the Next button.
- Select either Option 1 or Option 2.
- Acknowledge the terms and conditions.
- Click the Complete button.
- Click the Go to Dashboard button.
Enabling STP: As an intermediary for multiple employing entities
- On the payroll dashboard click the Enable Single Touch Payroll button.
- Click the Proceed button.
- Confirm your business details are correct.
- Click the Next button.
- Select the As an intermediary for multiple employing entities option.
- Complete the followng fields:
- ABN.
- Phone number.
- Contact name.
- Contact email.
- Click the Next button.
- Select either Option 1 or Option 2.
- Acknowledge the terms and conditions.
- Click the Complete button.
- Click the Go to Dashboard button.
