HR platform: My recognition

Overview

Recognition is a way for employers to reward and recognise their employees when they go above and beyond the expectations of their role. Employment Hero links each recognition to one of your nominated company values so that each nomination is an opportunity to not only recognise your employees for their performance, but also to showcase and reinforce your company values.

The My Recognition feature allows you to view all the recognitions you have received and sent within your organisation, with the ability to see the status of each submission and the company value nominated. You can also use this feature to download a recognition certificate once a submission has the approved status, enabling you to share the recognition outside the HR platform.

Maintain

Viewing recognition details
  1. Click the Recognition menu.
  2. Click the My Recognition submenu.
  3. Click the Received or Sent tab.
  4. Click the Actions button.
  5. Click the View Details button.

    Helpful Hint

    You will now see the details of the recognition on your screen.

Downloading a recognition certificate

Important

You can only download a recognition certificate showing an approved status.

  1. Click the Recognition menu.
  2. Click the My Recognition submenu.
  3. Click the Received or Sent tab.
  4. Click the Actions button.
  5. Click the Download Certificate button.
