Having the right tools as an employee to manage how you access your Payroll platform will reduce the frustrations that arise if, for example, you have a compromised password that needs changing. The Account Details module has three core features to assist you on this front that are the ability to change your email and password, along with the ability to edit your account details.
The password changing feature allows you to reset your password within the Payroll platform. This is useful for those times where you need to change your password due to it being compromised.
The email updating feature allows you to change your login email within the Payroll platform. This is useful for those times where you need to change your account email, for example, if you move to a new email provider.
The account editing feature allows you to change your employee name linked to to this account, specify your time zone and control what marketing and product emails the Payroll platform will send out.
- Click the Account menu.
- Click the My Account submenu.
- Click the Account Details button.
- Make the required changes to the following fields:
- Time zone.
- I would live to receive product update email notifications.
- Keep me updated on events, offers, and marking communications.
- Click the Save button.
