Overview
Having the right tools as an employee to manage how you access your HR Mobile App will reduce the frustrations that arise if, for example, you have forgotten your password and need a magic link to access your account or you have misplaced your Two Factor Authentication code. These cases can arise if, for example, you change to a new phone and have misplaced your recovery code.
To access the HR mobile app you will first need to log into the app by using your account email and password, and if enabled, your 2-Factor Authentication code. If you are having trouble accessing your account, you can use the Magic Link feature to reset your password, and once you log into the app, you can enable biometric log in credentials, for example, fingerprint or face ID.
We also have a Two-Factor Authentication resetting feature, whereby you can enter your recovery question to access your account if you can not access your Two-Factor Authentication code generator.

Maintain
- Tap the Log in with a Different
Account button.
- Enter the email address and
password and tap the Log In
button.
- lf you have 2 Factor Authentication
turned on, enter your code into the
Code field. - Choose whether to select the
Remember this Device for 45
Days tick box. - Tap the Verify button.
- Enter your log in passcode.
- Enter your log in passcode.
