HR platform: Performance review reporting

Overview

A performance review is the assessment and review of your employees’ job performance. Regular performance reviews help remind workers what their employer expects in the workplace and help to provide employers with information to use when making employment decisions, such as promotions, pay raises, and layoffs.

The Performance Review Reporting feature allows you to create a report that you can use to analyse how employees and their managers are tracking regarding their assinged performance reviews. You can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data and remind individual employees to complete any outstanding performance review tasks.
