Certification reporting - HR Web Platform

Overview

Certifications act as proof of attainment, and allow you to see what training, licences, qualifications and checks your employee has received. Certifications can also form a requirement for certain roles, such as a security guard needing a security licence or a child care worker needing a certificate 4 in childcare.

The Certifications Reporting feature allows you to see how your employees are progressing with their assigned certifications, understand what is overdue, and when their manager approved their submission. You can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data, enabling you to load the report into a CSV-supported program like Microsoft Excel.

Author recommended

So you have now run a certification report and you are now wondering, what next can I do. There are two recommendations I would make on this front and they are:

  • HR Platform: Certification Settings This feature allows you to create a list of certifications you need to track, specify whether an employee needs to upload supporting documentation, and also choose whether to apply an expiry date.
  • HR Employee file: Certifications This feature allows your employees to complete their assigned certifications, update the data if it expires, and view a history log of their uploaded documentation.
