HR platform compliance reporting: Audit trail


Sometimes in your organisation you will see a record has undergone a change, but you will be unsure of the who, when and what aspects. In these cases, having the ability to generate an audit trial will allow you to look up these change details without having to track down the employees manager and other admins in your organisation and ask them if they changed any platform records.

You can use the Audit Trail reporting feature to run such a report, with the ability to drill down based on either the employee's name or a specific module within the platform. This report also allows you to view the details of each update, giving you even greater granular details on the changes undertaken and by whom.


HR Plan:   Free   Standard   Premium   Platinum
  User Access:   Employee   Manager   Admin

  This is the default access level, excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.

Getting started

Creating an audit trail report
  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. Click the Audit Trail submenu.
  3. Click the Fitler buttons and choose from:
    • Show all.
    • Personnel.
    • Leave requests.
    • Timesheets.
    • Weekly Timesheets.
    • Employee Benefits.
    • Employment Benefits.
    • Pay Details.
    • Superannuation.
    • Organisation.
    • Custom Field
  4. Click the View Details button. Audit_1.jpg

    Helpful Hint

    You will now see on your screen additional details regarding the changes made to the employee record.
