Managing my roster unavailability

Overview

As an employee, you may base your working hours of a rostering system whereby your organisation will allocate you set hours to work for the week coming up. Because you would base your workload for the coming week of what hours management allocates you, it will help your weekly planning to have access to this information in a timely manner.

The Rostering module within the HR platform has an Employee Unavailability feature that allows you to enter the date and time for when you will be unavailable for a shift. You can also use this feature to edit the unavailability details if they change and delete a record if it is no longer required.

HR Plan:   Free   Standard   Premium   Platinum
Payroll Plan:   Standard   Premium

Getting Started

Adding my unavailability
  1. Click the Roster menu.
  2. Click on the date that needs unavailability shift added.

  3. Enter your unavailability information and click the Save button.

Maintain

Editing my unavailability
  1. Click the Roster menu.
  2. Click on the unavailable shift that needs editing.

  3. Make the required changes and click the Save button.

Deleting my unavailability
  1. Click the Roster menu.
  2. Click on the unavailable shift that needs deleting.
