Overview
Employee leave management is the processes and policies designed for your business to handle requests for time-off for staff leave, inclusive of vacation, holidays, sick leave, and parental leave. A successful employee leave management system will provide a fair and accurate way to manage these requests and ensure your organisation takes care of both your employees' needs and your company's legal requirements.
The Accrued Leave Reporting feature allows you to create a report that you can use to analyse leave accrues within a specific date period, broken down by the leave category and team. You can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data, enabling you to load the report into a CSV supported program like Microsoft Excel.

Author recommended
So you have now run a leave accrued report and you are now wondering what next can I do. There are two recommendations I would make on this front and they are:
- HR Platform: Leave Taken Reporting This feature allows you to create a report on your organisation's employee leave requests that fall within a specific date period.
- HR Platform: Reporting on Employee Timesheet Submissions This feature allows you to create a report on your organisation's timesheet submissions and see details such as the current approval stage and the allocated work type.
