When your organisation downgrades to a free plan, you will have reduced access to our HR platform features. The below breakdown shows you what features your organisational admins and employees will see when they log into a free version of our HR platform.

Employees			An admin can access all employee files, a manager the employees under them, and an employee just their personnel file.  The following sections of the personnel file are not available on a free plan: Additional information. Assets. Audit trail. Certifications. Employee benefits. Leave requests. Medical disclosure. Performance reviews.
Independent contractors			An admin can access all contractor files and a contractor just their personnel file. The following sections of the contractor file are not available on a free plan: Assets
