Answer

You can view your organisational ID in the Employment Hero URL once you have navigated to the Dashboard feature.

Accessing my organisational ID

1. Click the Dashboard button.
   
   

   Helpful Hint

   You will now see in the page URL a unique number. This number is your organisational ID. The Employment Hero (EH) support team and Hero Academy team use this number to identify your business, so we recommend having this number handy when contacting EH.
