Over the last week, the Employment Hero product team has been hard at work and has released a new update to our HR Platform by adding in a Customer Effort Score (CES) survey. Read on below to see the details of what these changes entail.
As part of an initiative to improve our HR platform UX, we will be capturing Customer Effort Score (CES) throughout the HR platform. CES is a useful metric to quantify how much effort a customer spends on a specific action. Ideally, we want our customers to spend the least amount of effort possible when undertaking an action within the HR Platform.
