Business portal reporting: Certifications

Overview

Certifications act as a proof of attainment, and allow you to see what training, licences, qualifications and checks your employee has received. Certifications can also form a requirement for certain roles such as a security guard needing a security license or a child care worker needing a certificate 4 in childcare.

The Business Portal Certifications Reporting feature allows you to create a report that you can use to analyse how your employees are progressing with their assigned certifications, see what is overdue and when their manager approved their submission. You can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data, enabling you to load the report into a CSV supported program like Microsoft Excel.
