How does Employment Hero offer benefits?
Employment Hero has combined the power of technology and the buying power of thousands of employers to give you and your team one of the world’s best employee benefits packages for free. Platform offers range from discounted retail products and health insurance through to leading literacy and education material, such as guides, to simple savings and other financial topics.
What is InstaPay?
InstaPay allows employees to access a portion of their earned wages before their official pay day, if your organisation uses our Employment Hero payroll platform. The amount an employee can access per week is up to $250 approved earned, but unpaid wages.
InstaPay requires no extra payroll processing steps for your payroll admins. However, your payroll admins may be interested in the following guide as it outlines how InstaPay deductions flow through your payroll platform and appear on ABA files when processing an employee's pay.

Did you know...
Employees can access benefits on the desktop and the Employment Hero mobile app. This makes it easier for employees to more easily redeem and access benefits on-the-go. For example, say an employee is the shops and needs pull up a supermarket voucher discount code they have redeemed from the Benefits shop. This employee can access their voucher (or even purchase a new one) in seconds. InstaPay is also accessible only on the Employment Hero mobile app.
