Within the three charts shown in the Workplace Snapshots report, there was a discrepancy between how each chart counted active employees and resulted in different totals being shown in the Gender and Employment Status snapshots.New
All charts within the Workforce Snapshot report are now using the same logic to only show current employees, which we define as any employee who does not have an elapsed termination date.
