Over the last week, the Employment Hero product team has been hard at work and has released new updates to our HR Platform 1:1 feature, Xero Integration feature, Employing Entities feature, Account Email Verification feature and Employment History feature. Read on below to see the details of what these changes entail.
We have rolled back the 1:1 calendar functionality, so that it will no longer auto-generate calendar events for new 1:1 sessions. We have received a lot of great feedback in which we will continue to review to create a better version of this feature in the future.
Xero customers who terminate an employee will now see the new ATO mandated termination reasons. We have also released another minor enhancement that will allow Xero customers to edit their selected termination reasons.
You can now have two employees with the same Tax File Number (TFN), as long as you employ them under separate Employing Entities.
Employers now can update the account email for their Employees. Updating the account email will trigger a verification process in which the employee must verify their new Account Email before the HR Platform will apply the requested change.
We have updated the UI used on the Employment History page within the Employee File module.
