How do I access my product purchases and view the tracking information?

  This is the default access level per user and whether they have  view,  edit and  delete access, excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.

Answer

On the Orders page, you can view your product purchases and see if there is a provided tracking number, which would tell you where your purchase is at and when it might arrive

View my product tracking number

1. Click the    Benefits menu.
2. Click the Orders submenu.
3. Click the Detail button.
   
4. Click the Tracking Status button.
